Cookie Statement

We want to make it easier for you to understand, and control the use of, cookies and similar technologies ("cookies") that we may use on our websites ("Sites") to store or access information from your computers or other devices.

Types of Cookies

Three types of cookies may be used during your visits to the Sites:

  1. Strictly Necessary - these cookies are strictly necessary to enable services or provide information that you requested on the Sites and allow you to move around the Sites by using essential features; examples include cookies that are required to facilitate Live Chat functionality or are otherwise necessary to improve security or prevent fraud. If you disable these cookies, we will not be able to fulfil your request.
  2. Functional and Performance - these cookies remember your choices to improve your experience on our Sites, and also enhance our services on the Sites by providing us with analytical information about how you interact with our Sites. The information collected is used to make your use of our Sites more efficient and help us compile aggregate, anonymous, statistical information about the effectiveness of our Sites' operations or promotional campaigns. Examples include when we use a cookie to remember the country or language preferences you selected on our web site. We may also include similar technologies (such as web beacons) in promotional email messages that you have requested so we can track whether messages have been opened and acted upon. If you disable or opt-out of these cookies or other technologies, it may prevent you from using certain parts of the Sites, and it may reduce the support or information that we can provide you.
  3. Marketing - these cookies may enable us to collect information about your browsing in order to specifically tailor relevant marketing according to how you use our Sites. We may share this information with third parties to help create and deliver advertising personalized to you and your interests. If you disable or opt-out of these cookies, it may prevent you from using certain parts of the Sites and it may prevent us from offering you some of our services.

Cookies Placed by Third Parties

You may also encounter cookies on our Sites that are placed by third parties and that we do not control. We may also allow third parties (such as Google) to place cookies on our Sites to track information about your online activities on our Sites and/or across third-party sites or online services, including to send you ads based on that information (“Interest-based advertising”), which may include the remarketing of our products and services that you have viewed on our Sites or on third party websites.

This notice of our practices does not apply to the cookies, applications, technologies or sites that are owned by and/or operated by third parties (such as third party advertisers or third party ad servers), or to such third parties’ practices, even if they use or access our technology to store or collect information (e.g., the association of third party cookies with you when you visit our Sites). Rather, the relevant third party's terms of use, privacy policy, permissions and notices should be reviewed regarding its collection, storage and sharing practices. We do, however, work with third parties to endeavour to have you provided with information about their practices as may relate to our Sites and regarding opportunities they may offer you to exercise choice. As a resource for you, we endeavour to list third party cookies and opt-out instructions related to our Sites here.

Some browsers may have settings that enable “Do Not Track” signals. Different browsers may have this signal on or off as the default setting and there is no standard yet as to what websites should do in response. Accordingly, we currently do not look for, or respond to, “Do Not Track” signals. However, we may do so in the future depending on how standards evolve.

Your Choice and Controlling and Opting-Out of Cookies on the Sites

You can modify your browser settings to control whether your computer or other device accepts or declines cookies. If you choose to decline cookies, as noted above, you may not be able to use certain interactive features of our Sites. You can always go back and delete cookies from your browser; however, that means that any settings or preferences controlled by those cookies will also be deleted and you may need to recreate them. Not all tracking technologies are, however, browser-based. For instance, there are so-called “flash cookies” (or locally stored objects); for information on such technology and your choices regarding its use, please see the link below:

We and third parties may associate marketing cookies with your device when you visit our Sites so that we can send you ads on third-party sites or servers. Third-party ad serving may enable targeted advertisements to you for products and services in which you might be interested, including interest-based ads.

You may refer to the below links for information on how third party cookies are used and how to opt out from them. See section (1) for privacy policies and section (2) for instructions on opting out.
